1. Can I get a registration discount if I belong to another professional society?
Yes, The American Nuclear Society is offering any other professional society technical co-sponsorship at no cost to them. Once they have offered technical co-sponsorship, their members will be allowed the same registration discount as ANS members. The list of the current technical co-sponsors is posted on the Sponsor List.

2. Where do I download and how do I submit the required ANS copyright forms for papers included on the conference proceedings CD?
The copyright forms and paper cover sheets are available as PDF document downloads from the Author Instructions page of this site or from ANS Headquarters. The completed forms can be faxed to Ellen Leitschuh at (708) 352-6464 or scanned and e-mailed to Ellen at eleitschuh@ans.org .
3. How do I find out when I am scheduled to present my paper at the meeting?
The preliminary program is currently available in PDF format from the navigation panel for this web site. All presenters are required to register for the meeting. Speaker guidelines will be available by January 15, 2008.
4. What presentation equipment will be available at the conference?
All technical session rooms will be supplied with an LCD projector and screen. Please plan to provide your own computer. If you cannot provide your own computer, contact your session chair to make alternative arrangements. If you do not know how to contact your session chair, please contact the Technical Program Chair who will tell you how to contact your session chair.
The conference can provide an overhead projector by special request. If you do not make the request before February 15, 2008, there will only be an LCD projector available. The conference does not provide laser pointers.
Other equipment such as a 35mm slide projector, tape recorders, video tape players, monitors, extra-large screens, computer hookups, etc., can be provided at cost to the presenter. Please use the attached form , if you require other than that which is listed as standard. All requests for other than standard equipment must be received by Doug Osborn no later than February 15, 2008. Last minute equipment orders will be honored when possible, but no guarantees can be provided. All orders must include form of payment. Orders received without payment are not guaranteed.
